Abstract

Pedagang kaki lima berkembang mengikuti perkembangan Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al Fithrah Surabaya, semakin banyak santrinya semakin banyak pula pedagang kaki limanya, memang keberadaan Pedagang kaki lima membantu bagi Santri atau Peserta didik Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al Fithrah untuk mempermudah mendapatkan makanan atau jajanan namun di sisi lain aktifitas mereka mengkhawatirkan bagi kebersihan dan kesehatan warga Pondok, dan juga mengganggu akses jalan warga. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui konsep penataan pedagang kaki lima untuk mewujutkan PHBS di Pondok Pesantren Assalafi Al Fithrah sehingga diharapkan dapat menjadi model pengaturan pedagang yang ada di Pondok Pesantrean Assalafi Al Fithrah.
