Authors retain the copyright to their published works without restriction.

By publishing in Jurnal TARBAWI, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, archive, and disseminate the article as part of the journal’s scholarly publication.

Authors remain free to enter into additional non-exclusive arrangements for the distribution of the published version of their work, provided that the original publication in Jurnal TARBAWI is properly acknowledged.

Licensing

All articles published in Jurnal TARBAWI are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

Under this license, users are free to:

  • share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format;
  • adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material; and
  • use the material for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes.

These permissions are granted provided that users:

  • give appropriate credit to the original author(s);
  • acknowledge the original publication in Jurnal TARBAWI;
  • provide a link to the applicable Creative Commons license;
  • indicate whether changes have been made; and
  • distribute adapted material under the same license or another license permitted under CC BY-SA 4.0.

Users may not apply additional legal or technological restrictions that prevent others from exercising the rights permitted by the license.

Author Rights and Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted to deposit and disseminate the final published version of their articles through institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal academic websites, scholarly networks, or other open-access platforms.

When redistributing the published version, authors should provide complete bibliographic information and acknowledge the original publication in Jurnal TARBAWI.

There is no embargo period for depositing or sharing the final published version of an article.

Third-Party Material

Any third-party material included in an article that is not covered by the article’s CC BY-SA 4.0 license must be clearly identified. Authors are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for the use of copyrighted material belonging to third parties.

The applicable copyright holder, source, license, or permission status should be stated where appropriate.
