Jurnal TARBAWI is a fully open-access scholarly journal committed to the free and unrestricted dissemination of scholarly knowledge.

All articles published in Jurnal TARBAWI are made freely and immediately available to readers without subscription fees, registration requirements, or embargo periods. Readers may access the full text of all published articles without charge.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license permits users to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, remix, transform, and build upon published material for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate attribution is given and the applicable ShareAlike requirements are fulfilled. This is consistent with the licensing policy TARBAWI currently displays.

Under this license, users are permitted to:

• read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full text of published articles;
• reproduce and redistribute published material in any medium or format;
• adapt, remix, transform, and build upon published material; and
• use published material for lawful academic, educational, research, and commercial purposes.

Users must:

• provide appropriate credit to the original author(s);
• acknowledge the original publication in Jurnal TARBAWI;
• provide a reference or link to the applicable Creative Commons license where appropriate;
• indicate whether changes have been made to the original work; and

Authors retain the copyright to their published works and grant Jurnal TARBAWI the right of first publication. This is already consistent with TARBAWI’s current Copyright and Licensing policy and is also the model recommended by DOAJ.

Authors are permitted to deposit the final published version of their articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal academic websites, and other open-access scholarly platforms, provided that complete bibliographic information and acknowledgment of the original publication in Jurnal TARBAWI are included.

Jurnal TARBAWI does not impose any embargo period on published scholarly articles.

The journal is committed to maintaining immediate, permanent, and unrestricted access to its published scholarly content in accordance with its Copyright and Licensing Policy and the principles of open-access scholarly publishing.
