his research is motivated by the inadequate educational facilities and infrastructure in Indonesia, which affects the quality of the learning process. The purpose of this study is to explore the importance of managing educational facilities and infrastructure in supporting effective learning in Senior High Schools. The method used is library research, collecting primary data from books and 10 journals obtained from Google Scholar, as well as secondary data from relevant supporting documents. The results of the study show that proper management of facilities and infrastructure plays a crucial role in improving the quality of education. With adequate facilities and the application of management principles such as efficiency, transparency, accountability, and participation, the learning process can run optimally. Furthermore, effective management also supports the achievement of quality educational goals. Therefore, this study emphasizes the need for more attention to managing facilities and infrastructure, as well as collaboration between schools, communities, and relevant stakeholders to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.
