Abstract

His study focuses on the transformation of cultural values in education at MI Al Fithrah, highlighting the process of acculturation and character development of students. Additionally, the research explores how local cultural values are integrated into the curriculum and school activities, as well as their impact on students' cultural identity and morality. The research employs a qualitative approach using case study methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and analysis of school documents related to cultural education programs. The findings indicate that MI Al Fithrah successfully integrates local cultural values with modern education through the use of technology, a culture-based curriculum, and extracurricular activities. This process enriches learning, strengthens cultural identity, and shapes students' character to be adaptive and globally competitive. Thus, MI Al Fithrah serves as an educational institution that not only fosters academic intelligence but also preserves and develops cultural values as a foundation for shaping the character of high-quality, adaptive young generations capable of contributing in a global era.
